Project Objective:
To develop a stronger leadership team, succession planning strategy and consistent training materials.
Client had a leadership team that was very tenured which lead to complacency and had a negative impact on the organizational culture. There was also not clearly defined roles/responsibilities for leadership or succession planning, inconsistencies in training and communication strategy.
ICG was able to identify through interviews that a lack of training and career development was causing employees to be disgruntled. ICG aligned “champions of strategic vision” in key roles to assist with change in culture. Also determined which members of leadership didn’t “buy-in” to Chief’s vision.
Leadership participated in identifying their roles to align with organizational objectives and developed a mentorship program to identify and develop future leaders of the organization. Created training academy to ensure consistent training product and quarterly town hall meetings help to communicate objectives.
