It’s important to know your leadership style. Your leadership style will determine if it’s a fit for your current leadership role. It will determine if you need additional training to be the best leader you can be for a position you are applying to or the position you are currently in. Therefore it’s important that you invest in yourself, first by taking a leadership assessment and see exactly what is your leadership style.
After all, it takes hard work to become an effective leader and, if you are not prepared to put this work in or if, deep down, you’re not sure whether you really want to lead, you’ll struggle to convince people that you are worth following.
